“I’ve never written one of these letters. However, I was so impressed by the security film that Solar X installed on the windows in our home that I felt compelled to share our experience.
As you know, we had Solar X install the security film on all of the windows in our home shortly after we moved in. As is the case whenever someone moves into a new home, there are numerous demands on your finances. It seems like you have a million things to buy. At the time, we were debating about whether or not we could afford to spend the money. In the end, we decided that the safety of our family and our home should be a priority. So we made the investment in the security film.
Recently, we were involved in an incident that completely validated our decision to purchase your product. Approximately 6 months after moving in to the house, someone tried to break into our home through one of the windows in the back. Apparently the would-be burglar used a large rock that was sitting on the ground in the yard and threw it at the window. We have double pane windows. So the impact of the stone shattered the exterior pane, but the interior pane which was covered with Solar X installed, 3M™ film withstood the force of the stone. The glass was cracked and splintered but the film held it all together. The person was not able to get in.
The bottom line is that the Solar X product works exactly as advertised. I know that you can’t put a price on your safety and peace of mind, but for the cost of the safety film that’s precisely what we purchased; safety and peace of mind. The film was well worth the money. It is absolutely one of the best decisions that we’ve ever made.”
